The architectural design process can be divided in to three phases.

Phase 3
Let the designing begin! We will get to work on a preliminary design according to your specifications and budget. This phase also includes a cost estimate with added options allowing you to make any appropriate decisions for changes needed.
At our first meeting, we will sit down together, look through your ideas, home styles, building lot, etc. We encourage you to have an idea of your design style and size of home you would like to build. We will also discuss your specific needs for your home and go over budgets to be sure we are all on the same page.
Once preliminary designs are approved, next comes designing the final plans, specifications, and contracts for construction of your new home!
