"My husband and I had the pleasure of working with David Johnson of Signature Building & Design for the construction of our new home.  We discovered that David is a very talented person.  Not only does he have a vast knowledge of products from windows to flooring, he also has a good eye for design and color.  He helped us make many wise decisions.  While construction projects can be a lengthy and arduous process, David was always available to answer questions and provide solutions.  He took time to discuss the many necessary choices we had to make.

 

David hires capable contractors to assist him.  For example, the framers were hard-working, efficient, and picked up after themselves, even in less than tolerable weather conditions; the electricians were detail-oriented; the carpet and tile installers did an outstanding job; his right-hand man was very professional.
